Pour in the beer and mix until just combined.
Add melted butter and mix until the dough forms.
Fold in grated cheddar cheese, diced onion, and minced garlic.
Transfer the dough to the prepared loaf pan, smoothing the top.
Bake for 30-40 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes.
Remove from the pan and cool completely on a wire rack.
Slice and serve warm or at room temperature.
