1 small Carrot chopped
1 median Potatoes chopped
1 Onion chopped
Garlic 2 minced
1 large Tomatoes chopped
1 large bell pepper chopped
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp. hot pepper flakes
2 tbsp., butter
2 tbsp. olive oil
