Turn on the Instant Pot to sauté mode and add olive oil.

Add ground beef and Italian sausage to the pot and season with salt and pepper.

Break up the meat with a spatula while it cooks until crumbly.

Chop an onion into slices and add it to the meat mixture.

Add Italian seasoning, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, and 1 cup of rice to the pot.

Add a little tomato sauce to the mixture and allow it to cook and caramelize.

Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove the ribs and seeds.

Turn off the Instant Pot and let the mixture cool slightly before adding an egg to bind it.

Mix the egg into the meat and rice mixture until well combined.

Stuff the bell peppers with the filling, leaving some room at the top for cheese.

Prepare the Instant Pot with a new liner and add 1 cup of water to the bottom.

Place the stuffed bell peppers in the pot and top with a mixture of tomato sauce and sweet chili sauce.

Add cheese on top of the stuffed peppers.

Seal the Instant Pot and cook on high pressure for 8 minutes.

After cooking, release the pressure and carefully remove the stuffed peppers using a trivet.
