1 medium yellow onion, diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 lb ground beef
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 cup ketchup
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 cups cooked rice
1 large egg
2 red bell peppers
2 green bell peppers
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

Preheat the oven to 350°F.

Add olive oil to a preheated pan.

Add chopped yellow onion and minced garlic to the pan and sauté for a couple of minutes until fragrant.

Add ground beef to the pan, breaking it up, and sauté over medium heat for about 4-5 minutes until it turns light brown.

Drain excess fat from the beef if necessary.

Season the beef with salt and freshly ground black pepper, stirring to combine.

Transfer the beef mixture to a mixing bowl.

Add about 3 tablespoons of ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, about 1 cup of cooked rice, and 1 egg to the bowl.
