First, prepare the filling. Whip butter with powdered sugar, add egg yolks and melted chocolate.

Whip the heavy cream separately.

Combine the filling with the whipped cream and refrigerate while preparing the layers.

Whip 5 egg whites with 5 tablespoons of sugar, add 1 tablespoon of flour, half a packet of baking powder, 10 tablespoons of ground hazelnuts, and 3 tablespoons of prepared filling.

Pour the batter into a baking dish lined with parchment paper and bake for 20 minutes at 180°C (356°F).

Repeat this process to make three layers.

In a small pot, combine 200 ml of water, 200 g of sugar, and 30 ml of rum. Cook for 5 minutes, then pour over the layers.

Allow to cool.

Layer the cake with the prepared filling: layer-filling-layer-filling-layer, finishing and decorating the cake with filling.
