Wash the paprika properly.
Remove the seeds from the paprika and wash again.
Make a fire and heat an edge pan to grill the paprika.
Grill the paprika until the skin is dark and warm, ensuring all sides are dark for easy skin removal.
Transfer the grilled paprika to another container and let it cool down.
Once cooled, remove the skin from the paprika.
Grill eggplant to add flavor.
Grind the grilled paprika and eggplant together.
Add chopped garlic to the mixture.
Heat oil in a pan and add the ground paprika mixture.
Mix properly for a few minutes, then add the ground eggplant and mix again.
Add salt and vinegar to taste.
Transfer the mixture to a jar for preservation.
