1 1/2 pounds of ground beef
1 cup cooked white rice
1/4 cup diced onion
1/2 to 3/4 cup grated cheddar cheese
1/4 cup grated colby jack cheese
2 cups marinara sauce
1 egg
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. salt
dash of black pepper
2 tbsp. marinara sauce

Cap and remove veins/seeds from the bell peppers.

In a bowl, mix together ground beef, cooked rice, diced onion, cheddar cheese, colby jack cheese, egg, garlic powder, basil, oregano, salt, black pepper, and marinara sauce.

Stuff the mixture into the prepared bell peppers.

Place the stuffed peppers in the slow cooker.

Pour marinara sauce over the stuffed peppers.
