Clean the goat feet thoroughly and roast them over fire to burn off any remaining hair.

Cut the goat feet into 2 pieces for easier cooking.

In a pressure cooker, add 3 tablespoons of oil.

Add whole garam masala (cardamom, cloves, cinnamon, black pepper) and sauté for 1 minute.

Add 2 chopped onions, chopped garlic, and chopped ginger to the pressure cooker and sauté for 5 to 7 minutes.

Add the cleaned goat feet and fry for at least 10 minutes to remove any smell.

Add salt to taste and 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder, mixing and frying for 2 minutes.

Add 1 liter of hot water and mix well to combine all ingredients.

Cover the pressure cooker and bring to a boil on high heat until it whistles, then reduce to low heat and cook for 30 minutes.

After 30 minutes, release the pressure and check the consistency of the soup.

Add 1 teaspoon of crushed black pepper, chopped green chilies, and some fresh coriander. Cook for an additional 5 to 7 minutes.

Serve in a bowl, garnished with chopped coriander, green chilies, and lemon juice.
