2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon dark soy sauce
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
2 tablespoons rice wine
1/4 cup water
1 tablespoon cornstarch
2 tablespoons avocado oil
