Instructions

  1. 1Soak kidney beans overnight in water.
  2. 2Drain and rinse the beans.
  3. 3Heat oil in a pot over medium heat until shimmering.
  4. 4Add cumin seeds and sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
  5. 5Add chopped onions and cook until golden brown, 5-7 minutes.
