1 tablespoon ginger
1 green chili
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 tablespoon curry powder
1 tablespoon coriander powder
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
1 teaspoon mustard seeds
10 curry leaves
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons oil
1 cup water
