1 cup (225 g) 4% milk fat cottage cheese
1 ripe banana
2 tablespoons honey
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 large eggs
1/2 cup flour
1/3 cup almond flour
1 teaspoon baking powder

Begin by adding 1 cup of 4% milk fat cottage cheese to a food processor.

Add 1 ripe banana to the food processor.

Add 2 tablespoons of honey and 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract to the food processor.

Blend the mixture in the food processor until smooth, scraping the sides as necessary.

Transfer the blended mixture to a bowl.

Add 2 large eggs to the bowl with the blended mixture and mix together.

Add 1/2 cup of flour and 1/3 cup of almond flour to the bowl.
