1

Soak golden sella rice in water for 2 hours after washing it 2-3 times.

2

In a bowl, crack 2 eggs, add a little salt and black pepper powder, and beat well; set aside.

3

Marinate prawns with a little salt and black pepper powder; if time allows, marinate for 15-20 minutes.

4

In a pot, add water and 1 tablespoon salt; bring to a boil.

5

Once boiling, add the soaked rice and cook for 5-7 minutes until the rice is soft and mashable; drain and spread on a plate to cool.

6

In a pan, heat 2 tablespoons of oil; add prawns and fry for 4-5 minutes, then remove from the pan.

7

Add another tablespoon of oil to the same pan; add beaten eggs and fry without stirring for a while until half cooked, then scramble.

8

Remove the scrambled eggs from the pan and set aside.

9

In the same pan, heat 2 tablespoons of oil; add finely chopped garlic, ginger, and green chilies; sauté for 1 minute on low-medium flame.

10

Add white parts of spring onions, 1/4 cup finely chopped carrots, and 1/4 cup finely chopped French beans; sauté for 30-40 seconds, keeping the veggies crunchy.

11

Add salt to taste, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder, 1 tablespoon green chili sauce, 1/2 tablespoon white vinegar, and 1/2 tablespoon sugar; mix well.

12

Add the boiled rice to the pan, followed by the scrambled eggs and fried prawns; fry everything together for 2-3 minutes to combine flavors.

13

Finally, add chicken powder or aromat powder and spring onion greens; mix well and serve.
