1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons oil
2 cups whole wheat flour
3/4 cup water
1/2 cup yogurt
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 medium cucumber, sliced
1 medium tomato, sliced
1 medium onion, sliced
1/4 cup chutney

Mix minced meat with finely chopped onion, ginger, garlic, green chilies, cilantro, spices, and salt in a bowl.
