Wash the chicken and boil it briefly.
Brush the chicken with olive oil on both sides.

Layer the eggplants on top of the potatoes.
Place the boiled chicken on top of the eggplants.
Use the liquid from boiling the chicken, adding 2/3 of it with water to the pot.
Season the layers with salt, pepper, and baharat seasoning.
Cover the pot and cook on medium heat.
Show the difference between the oven version and the stove top version.
