1 tbsp Vegetable Oil
1 small size (40 gms) Onion (cut into cubes to form “Petals”)
40 gms Red Bell Pepper (cubed)
40 gms Yellow Bell Pepper (cubed)
40 gms Green Bell Pepper (cubed)
3 to 4 nos. Green Chillies (slit into half)
A pinch Salt (as per taste)
2 tbsp Vegetable Oil (use as per your diet restrictions)
1 medium size (80 gms) Onion (finely chopped)
1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste (adrak-lehsun paste)
½ tsp Salt (as per taste)
½ tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tsp Black Pepper Powder (kali mirch powder)
1 tsp Spicy Red Chilli Powder
1 tsp Kashmiri Chilli Powder
1 tsp Coriander Powder (dhania powder)
¼ tsp Cumin Powder (jeera powder)
3 tbsp Curd (sourless, well beaten)
30 to 40 ml Water
1 tsp Garam Masala Powder
1 tsp Tomato Ketchup
1 tbsp Soya Sauce
A pinch of Sugar
2 to 3 tbsp Coriander Leaves (chopped)
