Instructions
- 1Boil potatoes until tender, then peel and mash.
- 2Finely chop onions, ginger, garlic, and green chilies.
- 3Heat oil in a pan, add onions, and sauté until golden brown.
- 4Add ginger, garlic, and green chilies; cook for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
- 5Incorporate ground beef, cumin, coriander, turmeric, black pepper, and salt; cook until beef is browned.
- 6Mix in mashed potatoes and chopped coriander leaves; combine well and cool the mixture.
- 7Shape the mixture into small patties or cutlets.
- 8Dip each patty into beaten egg, then coat with bread crumbs.
- 9Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat until hot.
- 10Fry the patties in batches until golden brown, about 4-5 minutes per side.
- 11Remove and drain on paper towels to absorb excess oil.
- 12Serve hot with chutney or sauce.

Instructions
- 1Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- 2In a skillet, heat some oil over medium heat and sauté the onions until translucent.
- 3Add the garlic and ginger, cooking for another minute until fragrant.
- 4Stir in the ground beef, breaking it apart, and cook until browned.
- 5Add turmeric, red chili powder, garam masala, cumin, coriander, salt, and pepper. Mix well and cook for 5 minutes.
- 6Add the cooked peas and chopped cilantro, mixing until combined. Remove from heat and let cool.
- 7Roll out the puff pastry sheets on a floured surface and cut them into squares (about 4x4 inches).
- 8Place a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center of each square.
- 9Fold the pastry over to form a triangle and seal the edges by pressing with a fork.
- 10Brush the tops with the beaten egg for a golden finish.
- 11Place the puffs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
