Heat water in a pot until boiling.

Add lamb to boiling water and let it boil until foam forms on top, then remove the foam to eliminate bad smell.

Add 4 cardamom seeds and 1 whole garlic to the boiling lamb and let it cook for about 1 hour.

In a bowl, combine 2 cups of brown flour, 1 glass of water, a little salt, and a little black pepper, then mix until combined.

In a pan, heat a little butter and cooking oil until the butter melts and becomes fragrant.

Add chopped onions to the pan and sauté until they soften.

Season the onions with salt, black pepper, and optionally some black lemon flavor.
