1 teaspoons black pepper
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 teaspoon white pepper (optional)
5 tablespoons tomato paste
800g canned diced tomatoes or ripe fresh tomatoes
2 tablespoons cooking salt or 3 tablespoons table salt
