2 tablespoons chaat masala
1 teaspoon garam masala
1 teaspoon roasted cumin powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black salt
4-5 homemade bread crumbs
150 grams roasted besan
1 cup coriander
1/4 cup mint
10-12 garlic cloves
1 teaspoon ginger pieces
3 medium spicy green chilies
1 lemon juice
1 tablespoon roasted chana dal
3/4 teaspoon black salt
3 tablespoons yogurt
1/4 cup cold water
1/2 cashew nuts

Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan.

Add 1 cup of green peas and 100 grams of chopped capsicum to the pan.

Add 1/2 teaspoon salt and stir continuously for 1-2 minutes until cooked 80%.

Blanch 400 grams of spinach in boiling water for 1-2 minutes.

Remove spinach and place it in cold water to prevent overcooking.

Squeeze out excess water from the spinach and transfer it to a mixer jar.

Add the cooled peas and capsicum to the mixer jar.

Add 4-5 green chilies, 10-12 garlic cloves, and some ginger pieces to the jar and grind without water.

Add 4-5 homemade bread crumbs and 150 grams of roasted besan to the mixture and mix well.

Grease hands with oil and shape the mixture into patties.

Press half cashew nuts into the patties for garnish.
