1 tablespoon chaat masala
salt to taste

3-4 cloves garlic

Add 2-3 cups of spinach and 1/2 cup of water to a pan, cover with a lid, and blanch for 2 minutes.

In the same pan, add 1 teaspoon of oil, then add chopped ginger and green chillies; sauté for 1 minute.

Add 1 cup of boiled green peas and the blanched spinach to the pan; cook for 2-3 minutes until the mixture dries out.

Let the mixture cool down.

In a grinder jar, add the cooled mixture and 1/2 cup of coriander leaves; blend into a fine paste.

Transfer the paste to a mixing bowl, then add the mashed potato, 4 tablespoons of bread crumbs, 1 tablespoon of corn flour, 1 teaspoon of dry mango powder, 1 tablespoon of chaat masala, and salt to taste; mix well into a dough.

Heat a pan and add 2 tablespoons of oil.

Take a lemon-sized portion of the dough and shape it into a round patty; place it in the pan.
