1 Piece Potato
3-4 piece chopped onion
4 piece Cardamom
2 piece Cinnamon
2 piece Bay leave
3 tsp Garlic Paste
3 tsp zinger paste
2 tsp Cumin Powder
2 tsp Turmeric Powder
2 tbsp Red Chili Powder
3 tsp Salt

Firstly, slice liver in half inch size.

Then wash properly because a lot of bloods stay here. Then drain water.

In a bowl, heat oil, add Cardamom, Cinnamon & Bay leaves. Then add chopped onion.

Then add Washed Liver and stir.

Now add all spices one by one, which are Turmeric Powder, Red Chili Powder, Garlic Paste, Zinger Paste, Cumin powder and salt.

Stir all in a medium flame, until all are dry. It will take almost 20-25 minutes.

Then add warm water and flip with cover.

15-20 minutes later add potato and again cover with flip.

Cook 15 minutes and Liver Fry is ready to eat.
