1 heaped tsp (7 gms) Garlic cloves - finely chopped
1 tsp Ginger (6 gms) - finely chopped
1 tbsp Black Pepper Powder (freshly crushed)
1 tbsp Soy Sauce
½ tsp Salt (as per taste)
1 tbsp Corn Flour
50 ml Water
2 tbsp Cooking Oil or Olive Oil (use as per your diet restrictions)
1 tbsp (12 gms) Garlic (finely chopped)
½ tsp (3 gms) Ginger (finely chopped)
1 small size (60 gms) Onion Petals (cut the onions into quarters and separate the layers into petals)
1 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 tsp Worcester Sauce
1 tbsp Tomato Sauce
1 tsp Brown Sugar
70 gms Green Capsicum (cut into cubes)
25 gms Carrots (cut into thin discs)
3 to 4 Dry Red Chillies (whole)
2 to 3 Green Chillies (whole,slit or punctured)
1 tsp Black Pepper Powder (use as per your spice tolerance)
1 tsp Vinegar
1.5 tbsp Corn Flour Slurry (1tsp Corn Flour + 1 tbsp Water)
1 tbsp Spring Onion Greens (chopped)
1 tsp Sesame Oil (optional but recommended)
