2 tsp cumin seeds
1 inch ginger (chopped)
1 green chilli (chopped)
1 pinch hing
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp red chilli powder
2 cups aloo or potatoes (chopped, boiled, diced)
3/4th tsp salt (or as per taste)
1/4th cup coriander leaves (finely chopped)
1/2 lemon (2-3 tsp) (extract)

Heat ghee in a pan.

Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.

Add chopped ginger and green chilli, sauté for a minute.

Add hing, turmeric powder, and red chilli powder, stir well.

Add the boiled and chopped potatoes, mix gently.

Season with salt and mix well to coat the potatoes with spices.

Add chopped coriander leaves and lemon extract, stir to combine.
