2 large sized Potatoes cut into medium sized cubes
2 tspoon cumin seeds
1/2 tspoon turmeric powder
1 tspoon red chilly powder
2 tspoon coriander powder

Take 1 tbspoon oil in the Glass bowl. Add 2 tspoon cumin seeds and mix them well. Cook in 'Micro' Mode at high power for 1 minute.

Put the Glass bowl inside Microwave.

Select Micro Mode.

Select 900W power.

Set timer to 1 min using dial.

Select Start.

After a minute remove Glass bowl to add other ingredients. Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chilly powder and salt as per taste. Mix all the ingredients well.

Add Potatoes and mix well until potato cubes are evenly coated with the masala.

Cook Potatoes covered.

Select Micro Mode.

Select 900W power.

Set timer to 6 min using dial.

Select Start.

After 3 minutes pause the timer, and remove the bowl from the microwave to give Potatoes a gentle stir.

Gently toss the Potatoes to bring the bottom layer to the top.

Put the Glass bowl back in Microwave and resume the timer.

Give a standing time of 30 seconds.
