¾ tsp black salt
1 tbsp coriander powder
1 tsp turmeric
1½ tsp chilli powder
1 tsp chaat masala
1½ tbsp pudina powder
handful of chopped coriander

Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.

Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.

Add the boiled and cubed potatoes to the pan.

Sprinkle turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt over the potatoes.

Stir gently to coat the potatoes with the spices.

Cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Add garam masala and mix well.

Cook for another 2 minutes to let the flavors meld.

Garnish with fresh coriander leaves before serving.
