2 tablespoons oil (olive and sunflower blend)
1 1/2 cups water

Cut up 1/2 of a large onion fairly small.

Smash and chop garlic cloves and ginger.

Smash pimento seeds to release flavors.

Add chopped seasonings to the goat meat.

Add 2 tablespoons of curry powder, 1 tablespoon of garlic powder, 1/2 tablespoon of turmeric, and 1 1/2 tablespoons of seasoned salt to the meat.

Add a little oil to help the seasonings adhere to the meat and mix well.

Cover the seasoned meat and refrigerate overnight.

After marinating for 24 hours, heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pressure cooker until hot.

Add the marinated goat meat and sauté for about 10 minutes to burn off the curry.

Add 1 1/2 cups of water to cover the meat and seal the pressure cooker.

Cook under pressure until the goat is partially cooked, then release pressure and check the meat.

Add more water if necessary and turn on the stove to bring it back to a boil.

Add chopped Irish potato and any additional fresh seasonings and simmer until fully cooked.
