1/3 tsp black pepper
1 inch ginger
10 to 12 garlic cloves
1 tsp Kashmiri chilli powder
1/3 tsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp vinegar
1 tbsp oil
salt as per taste

Marinate the pork shoulder with garlic, ginger, red chili powder, turmeric, cumin, coriander, black pepper, salt, and vinegar for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
