2 stalks celery
4 cloves garlic
1 cup red wine
28 oz canned tomatoes
2 cups beef broth
2 bay leaves
1 teaspoon thyme
1 teaspoon rosemary
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
12 oz pasta

Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat until shimmering.

Add diced onion, carrot, and celery; sauté until softened, about 5-7 minutes.
