Soak 2 cups of rice in water for at least 1 hour.

In a grinder, add the soaked rice, 1/2 cup yogurt, 1 teaspoon salt, and 1/2 cup water.

Heat a small frying pan and add 2 tablespoons of cooking oil.

Pour a spoonful of the batter into the pan and lower the flame immediately.

Cover and cook for 3-4 minutes until it sets.

Flip the pancake and cover again, cooking for another 3-4 minutes on the other side until golden brown.
