1 oz dried porcini mushrooms
1 medium yellow onion

1/4 cup celery leaves
1 tablespoon fresh sage
1 tablespoon fresh oregano
1 tablespoon fresh thyme
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 cup Cabernet wine
