1 large can 17oz. (490g) of whole plum tomatoes
2-3 strands of Fresh basil
1 tsp Dried Oregano
Salt and black pepper to taste

Heat the Extra Virgin Olive Oil in a large stainless steel frying pan or skillet.

Add the finely diced yellow onion and sauté until translucent.
