1 tsp salt

1/4 tsp nutmeg
6 cups water
4 cups basmati rice (soaked in cold water for 30 min to 1 hour)
1 cup onion
1/2 tsp whole cumin
1 cup fried onion
5 cups water
1 tsp salt
1/4 cup raisins
1/2 cup fried onion
1 tbsp ghee
