Dump the flour inside a large mixing bowl and mix well using a big whisk to 'air'ate the flour.
Add the dry ingredients and mix.
Make a well in the middle and add the two eggs, the oil, and 2 cups of buttermilk and whisk till mixed.
Then little by little add the remaining buttermilk till the ingredients are all incorporated and the batter is thick.
Butter a non-stick pan lightly and then wipe off any excess butter and heat over medium heat.
Pour about 1/4 cup of batter in the pan and smooth.
Once you see bubbles, it's time to flip.
Serve warm.
