1 cup condensed milk
1 tablespoon cardamom powder

Cover 2 cups of yogurt with a cloth and let it sit for 1 hour to drain excess water and prepare hung curd.

Add 1 cup of condensed milk and 1 tablespoon of cardamom powder to the hung curd and mix well until smooth.

In a metal container, line the bottom with baking paper and pour in the yogurt mixture.

Seal the container tightly with aluminum foil.

In a kadhai, place a stand and add water, then steam the mixture for 20 to 25 minutes.

Once done, let it cool and check with a toothpick.

Refrigerate for 1 hour to chill.

Remove the paper and garnish with pistachios and rose petals.
