2 cups full-fat yogurt
½ cup condensed milk
¼ tsp cardamom powder
2 tbsp warm milk
¼ tsp saffron

Drain the Yogurt: Take a strainer and a cheesecloth and drain 2 cups of full-fat yogurt for 2 hours to get hung yogurt, also known as Greek yogurt, which is thick.

Mix Ingredients: Transfer the hung yogurt to a bowl. Using a whisk, mix it well. Then, add ½ cup of condensed milk and whisk until smooth and creamy.

Add Flavorings: Add ¼ tsp of cardamom powder. Soak ¼ tsp saffron in 2 tbsp warm milk. Mix this into the yogurt mixture.

Prepare the Containers: Grease 4 small heat-resistant bowls (baties) with butter. Scoop out the yogurt mixture into the bowls, leaving about ¼ empty at the top.

Steam: Cover each bowl with aluminum foil. Place them in a steamer and steam for 20-21 minutes.

Chill: Once done, let them cool at room temperature, then transfer them to a refrigerator to chill for at least 1 hour.
