Add the goat meat to the skillet and mix well.
Pour in a bit of water to help cook the meat and incorporate the flavors.
Cover with hot water and let it cook for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
After 30 minutes of cooking, add chopped cilantro (coriander) before serving.
