1 cup water
1 teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon chicken seasoning
3 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons sesame oil
2 tablespoons corn starch
1 cup yellow bell pepper, sliced
1 cup red bell pepper, sliced
1 cup green bell pepper, sliced
1 tablespoon ginger, minced
1 onion, sliced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup green onions, sliced
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
1 teaspoon sugar
2 tablespoons cooking oil

Slice round steak against the grain into thin strips.

In a bowl, mix baking soda with water and add to the beef.

Season the beef with salt, black pepper, chicken seasoning, soy sauce, sesame oil, and corn starch.
