1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 cup red onion, chopped or diced
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 cup sweet yellow bell pepper, chopped
2 medium zucchinis, sliced long
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 cup fresh mushrooms, chopped
1/2 cup organic dried apricots, diced
1 cup chopped spinach
1 cup grape or cherry tomatoes, sliced in half

Brown 1 pound of lean ground beef (85/15) on medium heat.

Add 1 teaspoon garlic salt, 1 teaspoon onion powder, and 1 teaspoon black pepper to the meat and stir well.

Add 1/2 cup chopped or diced red onion and stir in.

Add 1 tablespoon minced garlic and cook for a couple of minutes until fragrant.
