Chopped Beef Shins
1 Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Steak & Chops Spice
1 Tsp BBQ Spice
Black Pepper to taste
Handful of Broccoli
100ml Water
1 Chopped Onion
1 Chopped Red Pepper
1 Chopped Yellow Pepper
1 Chopped Green Pepper
1 Tsp Minced Ginger & Garlic
30ml Sweet & Sour Soy Sauce
30ml Tomato Sauce/Ketchup
30ml Sweet Chilli Sauce
30ml BBQ Sauce

Cook the white rice according to packet instructions and season with salt and sweet basil.

In a pan, add chopped beef shins and season with salt, steak & chops spice, BBQ spice, and black pepper.

Add a handful of broccoli, chopped onion, and chopped peppers (red, yellow, green) to the pan.

Incorporate minced ginger & garlic, and add 100ml of water.

Stir in sweet & sour soy sauce, tomato sauce/ketchup, sweet chilli sauce, and BBQ sauce.

Cook until the beef is juicy and the veggies are tender, then garnish with sesame seeds.
