Add 100 grams of cauliflower rice to the pot.

3

Add 100 grams of cold water and a pinch of salt to the pot.

4

Bring to high heat until boiling, then reduce to low and simmer for about 12 minutes.

5

Combine 25 grams of soy sauce, 10 grams of honey, 10 grams of rice vinegar, and 2 grams of cornstarch in a bowl to make teriyaki sauce. Optionally add 10 grams of gochujang.

6

Set the teriyaki sauce aside.

7

Prepare 180 grams of ground beef.

8

Chop 200 grams of zucchini and 50 grams of yellow onion, and slice 100 grams of small tomatoes.

10

Heat a pan to medium heat and add oil.

11

Add zucchini to the pan with a pinch of salt and fry for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Add more oil and then add chopped onions, frying for another 2-3 minutes until translucent.

Fry the beef for about a minute on medium-high heat, then flip and add tomatoes, minced ginger, and garlic.

15

Stir everything and fry for about 20 seconds, then add the teriyaki sauce and cover the pan to simmer for around 2 minutes.
