1

Boil the milk until it reaches a boil.

2

In a bowl, mix vinegar with an equal amount of water.

3

Once the milk is boiling, turn off the heat and gradually add the vinegar-water solution to the milk, stirring gently to separate the paneer.

4

Strain the paneer using a cheesecloth or a clean cloth to remove excess water.

5

Rinse the paneer with fresh cilantro and mint to remove the vinegar taste.

6

Shape the paneer into a rectangular block and wrap it in the cloth, being careful not to make it too tight.

7

Place a weight on top of the wrapped paneer to help it retain its shape and let it rest for about 1.5 hours.

8

After 1.5 hours, check the paneer; it should be firm and soft.

9

Slice the paneer into cubes.

10

Chop the onion, bell pepper, tomato, carrot, and cabbage into thin strips.

11

In a bowl, combine the chopped vegetables and add salt, Kashmiri red chili powder, roasted cumin, chaat masala, and lemon juice.

12

Mix the salad well until all ingredients are combined.

13

Serve the salad on a plate and top it with the paneer cubes.
