Break the head of garlic into individual cloves and use a trick to peel them by shaking them in two bowls.

Transfer the minced garlic to a frying pan and add half of the vegetable oil.

Turn the stove to medium-low heat and brown the garlic slowly, stirring periodically for about 15 minutes until golden brown.

Add a few large spoonfuls of the Triple Garlic Sauce to the noodles, then add a ladle full of the reserved boiling liquid and toss everything together.
