Lambie Waters is a traditional Jamaican dish, often enjoyed as a hearty soup that showcases the unique flavor of conch. It reflects the island's rich culinary heritage, where seafood is a staple. This dish is commonly served during gatherings and celebrations, highlighting the importance of community and sharing in Jamaican culture. Today, variations exist, with some adding different spices or vegetables to suit personal tastes.

Almond milk is lower in calories, while evaporated milk is more affordable.
Wash and cut the lamby into really small pieces.
Drizzle the lamby with seasoning and marinate overnight.
Add 4 cups of water to a pot and bring to a boil.
Add the marinated lamby to the boiling water and cover the pot.
Cook for about 1.5 hours until the lamby is soft.
Add potatoes, carrots, and more water as needed to the pot.
Adjust seasonings with all-purpose seasoning, Maggi chicken noodle soup, salt, and black pepper.
Add okra and dumplings to the pot.
Cover the pot and let it come back to a boil, cooking for the last 10 minutes.
Add fresh cilantro in the last 10 minutes of cooking and ensure the soup is well-flavored.
