500 g cassava (peeled and cleaned)
200 ml water
1/2 cup milk powder
1/4 cup dark brown sugar
a pinch of salt
2 tbsp tapioca flour or cassava flour
slice chocolate

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

In a mixing bowl, combine the cassava, milk powder, dark brown sugar, salt, and tapioca flour.

If using, add water to the mixture until well combined.
