1 cup brown sugar
200 ml coconut cream
1/2 cup dried dessicated coconut
1/4 cup parmesan powder

Combine the finely grated cassava, brown sugar, and coconut cream in a mixing bowl.

If desired, add 1 tsp lihia and 1/2 tsp salt (optional).

Mix well until all ingredients are combined.

Transfer the mixture to a cooking vessel and steam for about 30-40 minutes or until set.

For toppings, cook the dried dessicated coconut with 1 cup of water until softened.
