Cassava Cake

2 packs of frozen grated cassava (454g each)
1 can of evaporated milk
1 1/2 can of coconut milk
1 can condensed milk
2-4 tbsp grated cheddar cheese
2 tsp white sugar
1 tbsp flour
1/2 can coconut milk
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1/4 cup grated cheese

Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix well.

Brush a baking dish with butter and add mixture.

Cook in a 350 degree oven for 1 hour.

For the topping, add 2 tsp white sugar, 1 tbsp flour, 1/2 can coconut milk, 1 can sweetened condensed milk, and 1/4 cup grated cheese to a pot and cook for 10-12 minutes.

Add toppings to the cassava cake 45 minutes into the cooking process.

After 10 minutes, add an extra 1/4 cup of grated cheese to the top and cook until it develops a nice brown color on top.
