2 green chili
1 can (13.5 oz) coconut milk
2 tablespoons curry powder
1 teaspoon turmeric
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon coriander
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons lime juice
1/4 cup cilantro
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 cup water
