1

Wash and season goat meat with green seasoning and 1 teaspoon of adobo.

2

Turn the stove to medium-high heat and add about 1/4 cup of oil to heat up.

3

In a large mixing bowl, combine curry powder, masala complete seasoning, adobo, accent, chicken bouillon, tomato paste, and green seasoning; mix well.

4

Add 2 bay leaves to the mixture.

5

Once the oil is hot, add the masala mix to the pot and fry for about 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.

6

Add chopped onion to the pot and continue to fry for another 2 minutes until the oil separates from the masala.

7

Add the goat meat to the pot and mix well, then cover and allow to fry until the meat releases water and dries out.

8

In a separate pot, bring water to a boil and add potatoes with 1 teaspoon of adobo to boil them separately.

9

After about 15 minutes, check the goat meat and stir to ensure nothing is burning.

10

After 20 minutes, once the water has evaporated from the pot, add 6 cups of water to the goat meat and stir.

11

Raise the heat to high to bring the curry to a boil, then cover and cook for 45 minutes to an hour or until the meat is tender.

12

Once the meat is cooked, add the boiled potatoes and chopped scallions to the pot, mix in, and turn off the stove, allowing the steam to soften the scallions.
