Add the pintang buo beef cube and salt to the pot with the water.
Cover the pot and let it cook for 10 to 20 minutes until the meat is soft and tender.
Check the meat for tenderness; it should be nice and tender with the bone marrow falling out.
Transfer the cooked beef to a larger pot to accommodate all the ingredients.
Add potatoes to the pot with the beef.
Add pre-cooked sweet corn to the pot.
Add beans to the pot.
Add repolio to the pot.
Cover the pot for 20 to 30 seconds to avoid overcooking the vegetables.
Add pak choy to the pot and cover again.
